RIGGDRigged and ready

Terms of use

Version 2026-10-29, in effect from 29 October 2026

Riggd is the app your gym uses for the schedule, bookings, check-in and community. These terms apply to what you write and send in the app: messages in your gym's group chats and in direct messages, photos, videos and voice messages, and comments in the Feed. You accept them when you create your account, and before you write the next time after the terms have changed. This version replaces the terms of 20 October 2026.

The gym and Riggd

Your gym is responsible for your membership, for the gym's chat and for what is said in it. Riggd is the gym's service provider: we provide the app and handle your data on the gym's behalf. Riggd is provided by Alistra AB, Swedish company registration number (organisationsnummer) 559600-4241, Utsädesgränd 14, 175 52 Järfälla, Sweden.

How we handle personal data, and how long photos, videos and voice messages are kept, is described in the privacy policy, riggd.fit/integritetspolicy.

The chat is for adults

The group chats, the direct messages and the files in the chat are only for you if you are 18 or over according to the date of birth you have registered. Anyone under 18, or without a date of birth, does not see the chat. Give your real date of birth.

Direct messages also require the gym's staff to have confirmed that you are an adult, and a new contact always starts as a request that the recipient can accept, decline, block or report. Do not send new requests to someone who has declined.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

It is forbidden to write, send, link to or share any of the following, in text, photo, video or voice message, towards anyone and in any chat:

  • ThreatsThreats of violence or other harm, against a person, a group or the gym.
  • HarassmentBullying, insults, stalking and singling someone out, even as a joke, and continuing to write to someone who has said no.
  • HateDemeaning or hateful content about ethnicity, skin colour, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age.
  • Sexual contentSexual or nude images, videos, audio, texts and advances. Anything sexual involving someone under 18 is always reported to the police.
  • Other peoplePhotos, videos and recordings of someone else who has not agreed to them being shared, for example in the changing room, and other people's personal data or health information.
  • Illegal contentAnything that is a crime, for example selling drugs or doping substances, or material you do not have the right to distribute.
  • Spam and fraudAdvertising, chain letters, repeated messages and links that try to deceive someone.

What happens

  • The content is removedAnything that breaks the terms is removed, by the gym or by Riggd, including photos, videos and voice messages.
  • You can be suspendedThe person who wrote or sent it can be suspended from writing and sending files in the gym's chat, in direct messages and in the Feed. For serious or repeated violations the account can be closed entirely.
  • A filter stops the worst wordsMessages, captions and comments with the worst words are not published at all. Other words mean the text is published but sent to the gym for review. The filter does not read photos, videos or audio; for those, reporting applies.
  • Police reportsIllegal content may be reported to the police.

Report and block

Press and hold a message, a photo, a video, a voice message or a comment and choose Report. In a direct message the menu also has Report the chat. The person you reported is not told who reported them.

A copy of what was reported, including a file, is kept as evidence while the report is handled and for 6 months after it is closed.

You can also block a person from the same menu. You then stop seeing their messages, files, comments and cheers, you cannot send each other direct messages or requests, and they are not told. You can undo it under Me, Privacy.

Who moderates

The gym's owner is responsible for moderation in the gym. Reports from the gym's groups and Feed go straight to the owner and the head coach, and reports from direct messages to the owner, who only sees what was reported. They remove what breaks the terms and can suspend the person who wrote or sent it.

If the gym's owner is the one reported, or the one reporting, the report goes to Riggd instead, and Riggd responds within 48 hours.

Riggd is the backstop. A report the gym has not handled within 24 hours is reviewed by Riggd, and Riggd can then remove the content and suspend the person who wrote it. Riggd only reads what has been reported, and every such reading is logged.

The gym can turn off the chat, the direct messages, the files or the voice messages in the gym. Riggd can turn off photos, videos and voice messages for all gyms at once, for example in case of abuse or a technical fault.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for what you write and send. Only send photos, videos and audio you have the right to share, and ask before you photograph, film or record someone else.

Remember that a room with the gym's members is not private: the host, the gym's staff and the others in the group read what you write. A photo or video you send is stored on the recipients' phones and can be saved further by them, also after Riggd's server has deleted it.

Changes and contact

If the terms change we tell you in the app before they take effect, and you accept them again before you write the next time.

Questions about the terms, and reports that cannot be made in the app, go to info@riggd.se.
